How to choose the right bra:

Selecting the right bra means knowing your accurate bra size for each type. It can be a bit tricky and confusing for first-timers. Here are some guidelines that will tell you how to choose the right bra.
·         The right bra will be neither too tight nor too loose.

·         Ensure that the cup is taut and no extra room remains.

·         If you are forced to pull down the bra every now and then as it continues to ride up your back, you need a bigger one.

·         Always bend forward and wear it for a perfect fit.

·         After purchasing a new bra, always hook it at the first(closest) eye. With time, the bra will loosen up.
·         In case the bra straps are digging into your shoulders and hurting you, go for a bigger size.

·         First, figure out your band size and then combine it with your cup size.

How to measure bra size:

Research shows that majority of women do not know their right bra size. So, here’s how tochoose the right bra:

·         The numerical part is your band size and the alphabetical part is the cup size. Suppose your size 32B. So, 32 becomes your band size and D, your cup size.

·         Before arriving at the final number, the band and cup sizes need to be measured individually.

·         Measurements will be more perfect if you allow someone else to do your fitting for the first time.

With these points in mind, your bra shopping should not be a depressing experience.
